Our aim is to ensure that you have the best possible shopping/ordering experience. If you are less than satisfied with any of our products or customer service we would like to know about it. Please contact georgina@ateliermillinery.com with details.

Please note that if you are keen to match your headwear (or supplies/trimmings) to your outfit we recommend coming to the boutique to compare colours. It is very difficult to guarantee a colour match via screen or printed images.

Please note that exchanges and refunds are not available on any items that have been made to order.

Goods eligible for exchange or refund should be received by us within 14 days of date of delivery. This does not affect your right under Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Goods to be refunded or exchanged must be returned at your own cost and are your responsibility until received by Atelier Millinery. We recommend you return goods by secure delivery with signature upon delivery (please remember to include your name, phone number and email as well  as the original order reference). A full refund of the cost of goods will be made where the items are returned by the deadline in the condition in which they were sold e.g. as new and unworn in the original packaging complete with tickets. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Atelier Millinery.

Sale/discounted items are excluded from general Terms and Conditions. Please note that these discounted items are non refundable and non exchangeable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

In-store Pickup

Pick-up is FREE of charge from The Revival Retro Boutique, 30 Windmill Street, London W1T 2JL.

We will confirm (by email/phone) when your items will be available to collect.

Despatch Times

All UK orders are processed within 1 working day and stock items are despatched within 3 working days (Mon – Fri).

Made to order items take up to 2 weeks to complete from the date of order confirmation. If you need your order more urgently, please contact us via email and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

United Kingdom Flat Rate: £10
EU Flat Rate: £20
USA/Canada Flat Rate: £70
Australia/New Zealand Flat Rate: £100

UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail for small packets or letters and Interparcel helps us to find the best option for larger items.

We charge carriage to contribute to the cost of packaging, shipping and trips to the Post Office. The rates appear when you select your destination country. Please note that carriage for supplies and hats may be different due to the size of the parcels.

We choose tracking/’signed for’ when appropriate, in which case we will send you the reference.

Estimated delivery time is 1-2 days from despatch within the UK, unless stated otherwise by the carrier.

Shipping Outside the UK – other EU countries and the US

Interparcel helps us to find the best option for shipping overseas. If you have a preference, please let us know when you place your order.

We choose tracking when available/appropriate, in which case we will send you the reference and the estimated delivery date/time if given by the carrier.
